Like ICML, we will run AutoML-Conf’22 as a hybrid conference. All plenary events (keynotes, tutorials, panels, competition presentations, etc.) will be streamed to virtual attendees. Questions will be collected from both in-person and virtual attendees.

Poster sessions and networking events will be in-person events at the conference, but in order to also bring together in-person and virtual-only participants, there will be an additional virtual poster session the Monday after the conference.

Check-in information for in-person attendees

On Monday morning:

• Please first come to the registration desk in the Glass Pavilion and pick up your name badge.
• The access for Hodson Hall 110 is only possible for participants wearing a name badge (there will be admission control).
• Please bring your Covid-proof of vaccination and your ticket for the conference (optimally printouts).
• We recommend arriving at the venue early; lines will be shorter the earlier you arrive and we have bagels & coffee starting at 8am.
• If you have access to self-tests, please test yourself on the same day before arriving to save time.

Check-in procedure:

1. Verification of vaccination certificates and ticket.
2. You will be asked if you took a self-test on the same day and if the result was negative.

If you did not test yourself that day yet, you will receive a test kit on site and be asked to perform a test.

3. If conditions 1 and 2 are met, you will receive the name badge, face masks and a package of self tests for the following mornings.
4. Now you can enjoy coffee and bagels in the Glass Pavilion or go directly to Hodson Hall 110. The plenary session in Hodson Hall 110 starts at 9am.

Access control on Tuesday and Wednesday:
