Registration

At the end of this page, you will find the registration form for AutoML-Conf. Please first carefully read this entire page with important information regarding registration and attending the conference. By registering you acknowledge that you have read the page and the Code of conduct and you agree to these terms.

Conference Fee

The early bird rate is offered until May 27th 2022 (AoE; extended by a few days to accommodate journal track submissions).

Virtual-Only” includes access to a live stream of the key note talks and tutorials via Zoom, and the chance to ask questions to the speakers. Please note that there won’t be any virtual poster sessions and virtual social events. We highly recommend on-site attendance.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled before June 3rd, 2022 (AoE) will receive a full refund. After that, until two weeks before the conference, i.e., July 11th (AoE), cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

If you applied for your visa before June 7th, 2022 (AoE) and it was denied or you have not received a response, you have the option to downgrade to a “virtual-only” ticket. Refund requests of the difference between an on-site and virtual ticket must be received until July 11th with accompanying documents showing a visa denial.

Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after July 11th. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement. Cancel and obtain a refund for your registration by contacting our conference management partner office@kcmweb.de.

COVID-19 Regulations

We do not yet know which COVID-19 regulations will exactly be in place at the time of the conference. Nevertheless, all attendees will have to comply with the regulations decided by the state, the hosting venue (John Hopkins University), and the organizers.

Privacy

Please note that we will live-stream parts of the program (e.g., key note talks, tutorials, panels, etc). By attending any of the live-streamed program parts you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your registration constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by registration for AutoML-Conf and entering the area. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter rooms marked for recording.
